Best Automatic Vacuum and Mop Combos
The Narwal Freo X Ultra is one of the best robot vacuum and mop combos I've tested. Its base station features a large dustbin and water tank and its dual rubber brushes are less susceptible to hair tangles than single bristles.
Its mopping performance is top-notch and its AI mapping is a success in the midst of obstacles. It can also stop the cleaning process and then resume from where it was when it stopped.
1. Roomba Combo j9+
The Roomba Combo j9+ is one of the most advanced 2-in-1 mop and robot vacuum cleaners available today. best automatic vacuum cleaner has an elegant, self-emptying Clean Base that can store up to two mopping cycles. It's designed to look just like a small desk. It is also the only robot we've tested with an onboard reservoir that automatically washes and refills the cleaning pads after each vacuum and mopping cycle.
The mopping arm sits unobtrusively on the top of the unit until it spots hard floors, and then lowers to begin scrubbing. It is able to move slowly and with care over surfaces so it doesn't accidentally spill wet mud or spills across carpeted areas. It is capable of staying out of the way of furniture, cords, and other obstacles.
The iRobot Home App is smarter than many robot vacuums. It lets you alter the settings of your vacuum and also prioritize rooms according to dirtiness, schedule cleaning times and more. The Roomba J9+, unlike other vacuum and mopping robotics, creates the map of your home 7 times faster than the previous models. It also labels each space in accordance with the floor type to ensure that it can be aware of the area you want to vacuum or mop. It also comes with the Turbo Mode that boosts suction for areas that are difficult to reach. With its premium features and user-friendly app controls, the Yeedi M12 Pro+ is a strong competitor in the field of automated mop and vacuum robots. Its suction power is powerful and cutting-edge mopping technology make it the perfect cleaner for smart homes. Its smart automation and low price make it a good choice for households that are on a budget.
Download and open the Yeedi App and follow the directions on screen to connect the M12 to your Wi-Fi network. After connecting the app will prompt you to create a unique name for your new robot. It's important to remember that the M12 is compatible with 2.4 GHz networks only.

Its advanced mopping features include two spinning pads and electronically controlled water as well as a "True Edge" Adaptive Edge Mopping System that ensures a thorough cleaning of all edges.
In terms of navigation, the M12 utilizes LiDAR and IR to avoid obstacles. Its sensors are good at finding larger objects, like HVAC vents, and furniture. They can struggle to detect smaller objects, such as cables or small rags. This may cause the robots to miss spots.
The M12's built-in inclinometer allows it to detect and navigate stairs. It can also automatically return to its OMNI station to dry and wash mop brushes and replenish its water tanks. When its batteries run low the OMNI station will even automatically empty the dust bin and clean itself.
3. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra robot cleaner is the cutting edge of robotic cleaning. It packs a wealth of features into a compact package. It has a huge mopping capacity, as well as a camera to help it avoid obstacles. It also has a powerful vacuum that senses when it is going over carpets. It is an extremely powerful mop and vacuum cleaner. It was able to complete our 1,500 square feet test area in just over 101 minutes, and then the battery died and it returned to its dock. The mop automatically cleans itself between uses. This reduces maintenance costs while keeping its pads clean. A dock sensor detects when a mop pad becomes dirty and initiates washing cycles.
The S8 MaxV Ultra, like its predecessors, has an intelligent system which can detect household items such as shoes and pet waste using cameras and LIDAR. It performed well in our evaluation of obstacle avoidance with just one minor glitch during my tests (it was stuck when unwinding a wool ball that was caught in its brush arm).
The S8 MaxV Ultra comes with a suction force of 10,000pa which is nearly twice as powerful as its predecessor. This makes it an excellent option for homes with a lot of carpet and a mix of flooring types. The vacuum can be programmed to automatically increase the suction as it passes over dust or crumbs.
Like previous models there are docking stations that can be installed in different rooms to help in the process of cleaning and mopping. The docking station is connected to the home plumbing system, and it will drain and refill the tank of water when you're done.

The navigation system is quite impressive using cameras, 3D structured light and multiple lasers to detect and avoid obstacles. this helps the X40 Ultra achieve one of the highest scores for obstacle avoidance in our evaluations.

5. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro has been created to be an extremely powerful vacuum and mop combo that is also user-friendly. The gunmetal base station automatically fills its own tank of clean water, then empty the dust bin into a smaller container, and washes and dries its own mop pads in between cleaning sessions. It has advanced features that let it switch between hard and carpet surfaces, and remove pet hair from carpets and clean raised room thresholds.
The S1 Pro's navigation and maps are outstanding, and the internal dToF LiDAR system allows it to keep an unobtrusive appearance while offering top-of-the-line object avoidance. It can drive up to walls and avoid steps without crashing. It also raises the mop automatically when driving on short-pile carpets. It struggled a bit when it came across longer-pile carpets and also there were a few large, thick mess of dried-on debris.
The S1 Pro is ready to be used right straight out of the box and it requires only an easy mapping session to get to know your home. Once it's done, the map is displayed in the app and rooms can be added or joined depending on the need. You can also create virtual boundaries such as no-mop zones, no-go zones, and no-go zones if you don't want the robot to get into certain items.
The S1 Pro does a great job of removing messes from hard floors, thanks to its rotating mop head that exerts 2.2lbs (1kg) of downward pressure on the floor. Its ability to mop and vacuum makes it an ideal option for homes that have both types of flooring, but its reliance on a Eufy brand cleaning solution (which is included in the box) could make it less flexible than some other robots that allow you add your own solutions.
